Tetrahedron Water Bags
Low Headroom Water bags shaped like Tetrahedrons (100Kg to 750 Kg) bring a novel and effective approach to load testing.
Its unique shape allows to set up to 4 Tetrahedron shape bags cluster together, one at the center and 3 on the sides, all connected to a single lift point, maximizing the head room space.
They come with a range of options and accessories, making them more adaptable and safer to use.
Optional Configurations & Accessories:
- 2” or 3” Side connection with suction hose, instead of standard bottom 2” connection
- Close top with relief valve, instead of standard open top
Capacities for Tetrahedron Water Bags range from 220 lbs to 1650 lbs (100 Kg to 750 kg).
Low Headroom Test Water Bags
The “Low Headroom Test Water Bags” are used when the crane testing operations have low headroom (“LH”). These bags have a lower profile than other water weights and can be filled from the bottom fitting. “LH” crane test water bags come complete with all needed shackles, master link, fluid transfer fittings, and valves required for operation. The bag can also be used as an emergency fluid storage container.
Water bag proof load testing allows your project to move forward faster at less expense. Our load test bags and load measuring products offer a safer, more economical, and less time consuming alternative to solid weights. Proof testing cranes, lifeboats, and structure strength are other applications. Useful anywhere there is a water supply, water bag testing significantly reduces transportation costs, storage and handling issues, rigging time, and overall testing expense.
Capacities for Low Headroom Water Bags range from 1 to 12.5 Tonnes (1,000 to 12,500 kg).
